Description
This welding equipment is used for tandem-twin CO₂back welding of assembled box-beam. With fast speed and high efficiency, this gas shield welding machine can reduce the man-made influence. The work-piece is sent to working position after being assembled. With welding nozzle, the welding arm can move horizontally and vertically through carriage and trolley, making the nozzle aim at welding seam.
There is pneumatic flexible mechanical arc-tracing device on the welding arm. The trolley moves along rail, carrying out automatic back welding of flat seam on groove of box column. The welding equipment is composed of travel trolley, column, beam, welding arm, mechanical arc-tracing mechanism, electrical system and CO₂welding machine. Its main elements adopt international famous brands.
