With the increasingly development of large steel structure bridge project, importance on automatic manufacturing of bridge-face U-stiffer welding production line is growing day by day because of the large demand and high requirements about productivity and welding quality.
This steel structure production line consists of two steps as U-stiffer and panel manufacture. We have accumulated rich experience and have ability to supply all kinds of corresponding welding production lines to customer for their convenience. Components of U-Rib Welding Production Line
1. U-rib edge milling machine can achieve both sides groove preparation of the plate. The first step is to mill the vertical edge with high-power milling equipment, guaranteeing accuracy of the size.
2. U-rib assembly machine is mainly used for the U-rib CO₂gas shield welding of bridge-face plate. This welding production line can be used for a long term without deformation.
3 U-rib multi-head welding machine can weld both sides of U-rib on the panel synchronously. MIG welding or SAW welding is available for this steel structure production line.
4. U-rib straightening machine is used to carry out flame straightening for the U-rib panel, which will be distorted inevitably due to heat input after welding. Its straightening speed is from 0.05 to 2m/min.

Type of Payment
1.When the contract comes into effect, 30% down payment should be paid by T/T, 70% balance payment by T/T before delivery.
